Program Notes
One cold Montreal evening in 2013 Pouya was sitting at his desk and he had an electronic loop going on his computer. He reached to the piano and the melody wrote itself. The song wrote itself in one day. It is a “gift” from somewhere but not sure where. It has a mechanical sound to it and constant calm vibe unlike Pouya’s other epic compositions. It features the bottles on the percussion!
