One day I was listening to folk songs from Iran and came across this beautiful song called Gole Pamchal performed by Rastak and I was so touched by its haunting and timeless melody. This beautiful folk song comes from Northern Iran, near the Caspian Sea—a region known for its lush landscapes and vibrant culture. “Gole Pamchal” is a song of spring, togetherness, and the hope for a brighter future. The melodies and rhythms reflect the essence of this season: a time of blooming possibilities and deep connections.
To bring this song to life visually, I got in touch with Reza, a nature photographer and videographer in Iran and through our messages through Instagram, he sent us video featuring breathtaking drone footage from Gilan province.
